The concept for KAIYO was conceived in the Cow Hollow District near the Golden Gate Bridge, Pacific Heights, and Russian Hill in San Francisco. Surrounded by a vibrant bar scene, small neighborhood restaurants, and boutique shopping, KAIYO’s fun, upbeat atmosphere and cultural niche has added to the local flavor and remains a favorite dining and cocktail hotspot. Our restaurant boasts a large bar that stretches the length of the dining room, and the back bar features an array of spirits including a large pisco and highly allocated Japanese whisky collection to represent the Peruvian Japanese Nikkei culture. The restaurant accommodates 80 guests inside and outdoors in a covered heated patio or parklet.
